Katja:

If Franca hadn't just pushed
her way through, I don't
think she'd be here yet,
because the right moment
during one's career never
seems to arrive. And so I'm
really glad that she made
the decision for us ...

Katja is 31 years old, married and
a PR and event manager. Her
daughter Franca Lousia was born
10 months ago. Katja returned to
work 10 weeks after the baby was
born and works partly from home.
